Arianna Yeoh

INTERN VIOLIN AND PIANO TEACHER

Beginning at the age of 5, Arianna has been playing the violin for 11 years, recently achieving her Associate Diploma (AmusA) in violin in 2023. She also plays the piano, having played it since she was 5, and earning her Certificate of Performance (CmusA) in 2023.

Arianna joined the Queensland Youth Orchestras (QYO) in 2021, starting with the Junior String Ensemble, before progressing to QYO2 in 2022 and 2023, and finally reaching the Queensland Youth Symphony in 2024, playing in the first violin section. She has competed and performed in multiple string competitions and festivals in the past years, such as Eisteddfods and the AUSTAQ string festivals, and has participated in several tours, performing at schools and venues across Queensland with QYO.

Arianna is an active member of orchestras at school and has been leader of the chamber group since 2021, performing at multiple venues like the QPAC Concert Hall and Griffith Conservatorium with these groups.

Arianna thrives on challenging herself with new repertoire that pushes her technical and musical abilities, and aspires to continue to develop her music teaching.
